fforward.ai was a platform with a noble goal. Over the past year, the team worked hard to build a solution that they believed could make a difference. However, despite their efforts, they were unable to gain the necessary traction to continue.
The platform offered various features and capabilities. Through 275 discovery interviews, the team gained valuable insights into how the best teams solve customer problems and immersed themselves in the world of generative AI.
Now that fforward.ai is shutting down, new signups have been disabled. Customers on annual plans will receive refunds, and existing customers can access their accounts and support via the Slack group until Wed, July 31st.
The founders express their gratitude to investors, advisors, colleagues, and customers for their support and contributions. They view the experience as a valuable learning opportunity and are eager to apply these lessons to future endeavors.
